How She Works
Daniela takes on a limited number of projects each year, allowing her to remain closely involved throughout the design and delivery process and maintain direct communication with each client.
She offers a complete architectural service covering all RIBA work stages, from the initial brief through to completion. The service can also be tailored to suit the specific requirements and level of support needed for each project.
The process begins with an in-depth conversation to understand the client’s priorities, lifestyle and objectives. This initial understanding forms the basis of the design direction, exploring the relationship between space, light, materials and how the property will be used.
By combining architecture and interior design, Daniela maintains continuity throughout the project. Spatial planning, material choices, bespoke elements and technical decisions are considered together, with each decision developed as part of the same design vision. Maintaining this coherence as the project progresses helps avoid conflicting decisions and unnecessary changes, while making more efficient use of the client’s time and budget.
As the project develops, Daniela guides clients through the planning, technical and construction stages, working closely with consultants and contractors to coordinate the different aspects of the work and support a smooth delivery.
For Residential Developers
Daniela works with private developers and investors on single dwellings and small residential developments, providing architectural support from early feasibility studies through to completion.
Working with a trusted network of consultants, she can coordinate the different stages required to progress a project, including planning, technical design, Building Regulations and construction information.
Her combined experience in architecture and interiors allows her to consider both the technical requirements of a development and the quality of the finished spaces.
Maintaining consistency from the initial concept through to completion helps create well-resolved homes with a clear design identity and lasting appeal to future residents.
Where appropriate, Daniela can also support the selection of carefully considered materials, finishes and products through her knowledge of Italian suppliers and manufacturers.
